On behalf of the owner, we see ourselves as the central point of contact for all parties involved.

Our activities include budget control, coordination and control of the commissioned architects/engineers and contractors, preparation and submission of committee submissions, cash management and reporting.

Using our web-based workflow engine, we allocate each individual invoice to the correct cost group right at the start of the workflow process and thus always have the current budget status. If desired, we can also use this to digitally finalise work contracts and supplements.

The data from document entry is exported to other systems and processed further via an automated interface.
