Our clients are partnerships and corporations in Germany and abroad. We pursue the goal of providing comprehensive advice “from a single source” through the interdisciplinary cooperation of auditors, tax consultants, lawyers and selected co-operation partners. This enables “networked thinking” that is orientated towards the needs of our clients.

The KRIEGER Group has been managing a diverse portfolio of mainly commercial properties through KRIEGER Immobilienmanagement GmbH for over ten years. Our goal is to offer clients the highest quality from a single source through our integrated and interdisciplinary approach, from property accounting to the property company’s tax return. Our clients in the real estate sector include institutional funds, foundations and private individuals.

To strengthen our team in Frankfurt am Main, we are looking for a commercial property manager (m/f/d).

Your exciting daily tasks: 

  • Tenant management
  • Lease contract management
  • Preparation of operating cost statements
  • Ongoing property accounting
  • Creating monthly reports

Job requirements

  • Completed training as a real estate agent or business administrator
  • First professional experience in this profession
  • You work responsibly, reliably and client-oriented
  • You are up to date with rental laws, regulations and reforms
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • You enjoy working in a digital work environment
  • Good relationships with colleagues are important to you
